Aajonus

And those permits, no written permit, only permission verbally. And the guy who was in charge of Malibu at the time said I gave them permission. But because it wasn't written in writing, they said, well, [unintelligible]. Okay.

Audience

Oh, start with her. So yeah, so I want to lose some weight, and I, you know, I kind of always dream of my own thing anyway. But I'm thinking that you haven't gone on a down diet in a long time, and what's a good way to do it? And can you kind of alternate, so you're kind of between a down diet and a regular? So you don't, like, say you want to go three days down diet and eat a little bit more, and you alternate.

Aajonus

Three days won't do it. You have to go on a four-day.

Audience

Oh, so tell me the whole sequence of what you would suggest. Now, do you have different variations as well? Because I heard you say different things to people, so.

Aajonus

Yeah, it depends on the individual, how they digest, what their system is like.

Audience

So what would you suggest for me versus a general down diet? And then maybe for myself, knowing what you would suggest.

Aajonus

Well, I usually don't do that personal stuff, but we don't have many people, so I'll do it.

Audience

Okay.

Aajonus

First of all, wake in the morning, just make sure you've got the poisons out, because I know you had medication a few years ago. So I'd some cheese first, a tablespoon of cheese. And probably only a pea-sized amount of honey with it, and a bean-sized amount of butter. Put the butter and the honey together. It's a very small amount. Don't put the honey with the cheese directly, the honey goes with the butter. And then you eat that, so you have about a half a teaspoon of butter and honey mixture. And then have that with a tablespoon, one to one-and-a-half tablespoons of cheese to absorb the poison.

Audience

That much cheese?

Aajonus

Yeah, one-and-a-half.

Audience

So first, a little cheese.

Aajonus

If you're not going to digest it...

Audience

Now, when you do the honey and the honey-butter with the cheese, don't you digest it at all?

Aajonus

No, because the honey is so little honey, you're only having a pea-sized amount of honey, and it'll be mixed in the bean-sized amount of butter. So it's going to be reacting with the butter. That's just to keep you from getting constipated.

Audience

Oh, okay.

Aajonus

If you're going to do this diet, weight loss with the eggs and everything.

Audience

I'm going to do the eggs, though. If you eat the butter...

Aajonus

But then you may have a big problem.

Audience

I've already started, and I'm not having problems.

Aajonus

But are you losing weight? Because usually you won't lose weight if you don't eat eggs.

Audience

I don't know, it's three days. I lost a couple of pounds.

Aajonus

Good. It's working.

Audience

But that half teaspoon of butter, honey...

Aajonus

I said a quarter teaspoon of butter. An eighth of a teaspoon of honey.

Audience

No, but the thing is, that combination of the butter and honey, if you're going to eat that with the cheese, isn't that going to still...

Aajonus

The honey has to react with the cheese. If the honey is in the butter, it's not going to react with the cheese.

Audience

So then that's your first thing you do in the morning?

Aajonus

Yeah. And then about 15, 20 minutes after that, have a golf ball size of meat. And if you want to make sure you lose the weight, and you absorb all of the meat, then pate the meat.

Audience

So what about thinly sliced, that won't do? You have to really grind it down?

Aajonus

You're going to have to produce a lot of hydrochloric acid. It's going to take your energy away from burning fat. Because all you need once it's pated is the bacteria to eat the meat.

Audience

On your gut?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

What if you're kind of acidic? Is there a problem if you're a little acidic and you're doing a down diet? You're not doing too much [unintelligible] or anything like that?

Aajonus

Well, because you're eating very little. You're not going to get over acidic if you're eating very little. And I think the sport drink is a good thing to drink. You can sip on it all day long.

Audience

What about the honey?

Aajonus

Well, you just cut the honey down to a tablespoon, instead of two or more. And you lower the coconut cream to one tablespoon, the dairy cream to one tablespoon. But you still put the eggs in it, two to three eggs.

Audience

That's one thing I was wondering. Previously on the down diet, we had no dairy. But now if you do this, you can have small amounts of dairy throughout the day. Because I'm kind of modifying it. It's what I want to do so that I don't get so estranged.

Aajonus

Well, I've always told people to have a half a cup of milk before you go to sleep.

Audience

On the down diet?

Aajonus

Yeah, it's in the book.

Audience

Yeah, it's in the book as far as at the end of the day.

Aajonus

I mean, I also say sip milk throughout the day, but just don't drink a lot at one time.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

Then about every, let's say, hour you have maybe a large marble-sized, if you don't have the eggs, you have a large marble-sized amount of meat every hour.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

If you're doing the eggs, have an egg every hour. Well, you need the meat. If you're having a small amount of meat, you need it all day long, a small amount all day long. So you have an egg one hour or every hour and a half. You wait till you're hungry. On the down diet, you wait till you're hungry. Normally, I never wait till I'm hungry.

Audience

I was going to say, I'm not used to that, so just go ahead and do that. So what if you don't have it for three hours?

Aajonus

Well, three hours is okay. You don't go over five.

Audience

And if you're working out on the down diet?

Aajonus

That's fine. Just sport drink. Maybe just sip your sport drink.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, the book is regimented with bigger golf ball sizes of meat or meatball sizes of meat four to five times a day. And you're having juice. But I found that juice makes people too hungry. I think just eggs and meat and a little bit of milk and sport drink is the way to go. But you wait till you're hungry each time.

Audience

What if you like the juice. Can you still do it?

Aajonus

Well, it's going to make you hungrier. But you may need it. You may need the green juice. I would just cut it down to four ounces at a time.

Audience

Why do you need the green juice?

Aajonus

Some people may need it because they're over acidic.

Audience

I think when I do this, I like doing beef meat balls with a little syrup because the beef gives you energy on the down diet. [unintelligible] Can you do all beef?

Aajonus

You need just the opposite. Red meat makes you sleepy, on the down diet.

Audience

Why is that? [unintelligible]

Aajonus

I don't know. It didn't used to be that way.

Audience

Do you just eat beef then?

Aajonus

Oh, I eat mainly beef, except when I'm in the Philippines. Then I mainly eat fish because I'm right there on the ocean.

Audience

Why does green juice make you hungry? Can you still eat half white and red meat?

Aajonus

Yeah, you can do that. Well, that's for people who are just getting on the diet. People who are doing the diet for a little time. It's better. I mean, there's a better balance. But my body's pretty clean except for those injections. So I can go on [unintelligible] meat. It's just that if I'm on a down diet and I eat the red meat, I get sleepy.

Audience

I don't know. I've been repulsed by chicken about a year or two now. That's all I ate before. So I don't know. Do you think the quality of chicken? I don't know if it's the quality, [unintelligible].

Aajonus

Almost all your chickens are fed, all processed.

Audience

[unintelligible] Why does the green juice make you hungry?

Aajonus

Well, it provides enzymes for digestive acids and juices. And then the body looks for food to digest.

Audience

So, stay on that four days, what'd you say to lose weight?

Aajonus

You have to stay on it four days in a row to be consistent with it. And then you can take three days off on something else. But you'll gain a lot of it back fast if you only do three days.

Audience

How much weight can you lose [unintelligible]? So what's that on this? Can you kind of accelerate weight loss if you keep going? If you want to lose 20 pounds, how long? [unintelligible] Just go for 30 days straight on the down diet?

Aajonus

That's fine That's what I do.

Audience

[unintelligible] Just get rid of it. [unintelligible]. But if you feel like you're getting too intense detox, you can go back.

Aajonus

I would go back onto a regular diet if I didn't feel well.

Audience

So how long would it take to lose weight? How much weight can you lose on this on a week? You don't know?

Aajonus

No, if I can lose probably 8 to 10 pounds a week.

Audience

On the down diet, yeah.

Aajonus

Yeah. Other people don't lose as much fat.

Audience

What?

Aajonus

Because they aren't as healthy as I am.

Audience

So if you have toxic fat, like I know there's cellulite now that [unintelligible]. I never saw it before, like you said, it came pushed out through the outside. That doesn't make you sick when you're coming on the down diet. And all the toxins are going to get released now, right?

Aajonus

Well, they come through the skin, so you may have rashes and hives, pimples and things like that.

Audience

So is that how you get rid of the cellulite, essentially? [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, to get rid of cellulite, cellulite is old fat that is bound with toxins. And it hardens, it dehydrates because it's... it's very toxic fats, heavy fats. So it hardens and hardens. Then when you get rid of it, the new fats come in and it causes it to swell up again. Gradually or quickly. And then you'll see big clumps instead of small ones. That's when the body starts dissolving it. Then you have to pass it through the skin.

Audience

Pass it through the skin?

Aajonus

Right.

Audience

Does it break down into a liquid?

Aajonus

Yes, it does. That's why you have to have a hot bath.

Audience

That's how you get rid of the cellulite.

Aajonus

That's how you get rid of all the waste.

Audience

Right.

Aajonus

90% of the waste, the lymph system dumps under the skin to be perspired out of the body. 90%.

Audience

Yes, and without the bath, your urine and feces doesn't get rid of it.

Aajonus

Very small. You're not getting rid of it. Well, it will help dump stuff out of the liver, the pancreas, the gallbladder, the spleen, the kidneys.

Audience

The bath?

Aajonus

No, no, no.

Audience

The gut.

Aajonus

Out of the bladder, out of the urine, and then out of the intestinal tract. You know, a lot of toxins just in the intestines can move that way. But normally, everything else moves out the skin.

Audience

The body fat, the muscle, the heart.

Aajonus

Everything is supposed to go out the skin, deep through the skin.

Audience

Hot baths are so valuable.

Aajonus

Very. Especially with all the, you know, hydrogenated vegetable oils and processed food, cereal, donuts and the like.

Audience

You ate donuts?

Aajonus

Oh, God, I ate donuts all the time.

Audience

He was a pig when he was little.

Aajonus

Yeah. I just loved those powder cake donuts.

Audience

Really?

Aajonus

I'd go through boxes.

Audience

Oh, my God. And he wasn't born on the primal diet?

Aajonus

No. I was supposed to die at 21. I was very sickly.

Audience

Did you gain your weight back after these injections? Now you look pretty good.

Aajonus

Oh, I did.

Audience

Better. Do you have your weight back?

Aajonus

Not quite as much as I want. Before I left, when was it? I left October 18th. When I left October 18th, I was up to 192 pounds.

Audience

Oh, my God.

Aajonus

Now I'm only 182. So I was 10 pounds more when I left last time. But I'm putting it back now.

Audience

Yeah, you look great.

Aajonus

I didn't go down as much this time. I rationed my butter and drank more milk than I usually do.

Audience

What did you get down to after that injection? What did you lose?

Aajonus

I went down to probably 148, 150, way too low. I don't like going to 165, 170.

Audience

How much was your good weight then? I mean, like, you used to usually have three sides to the closet. I probably have five or six.

Aajonus

I still have three sides.

Audience

Now I have five or six sides.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

It's like I can't keep my clothes, you know. I have everything from a two to a twelve. So what's it?

Aajonus

Well, when I left, when I was 192 pounds, I had a 36-inch waist. So I've got 34 to 37.

Audience

That's not bad, though. That seems like a normal variance.

Aajonus

And then I've got, you know, 32, which will take me up to 33 and down a little bit. Those at 30, and 30 will take me down to, you know, as little as 29 and up to as high as 32.

Audience

Like, I can't even get jackets on anymore that I have. I mean, I have muscle in my back and my arms, and I don't know if it's muscle or not. And I'm like, what the hell? I've never had that.

Aajonus

Well, the belt size is the size that I really have to have three.

Audience

Well, yeah.

Aajonus

On these, you know, I have two different sizes.

Audience

Yeah, see, this has never changed. So where is weight? Is that part of getting older? Or is that just part of the diet? [unintelligible] Like, you know, I mean, I'm getting weight in my arms and my back.

Aajonus

Well, wherever you have toxins.

Audience

I mean, sometimes you get up there and I'm like, oh, I'm going to go, okay, put my jacket on. And so I go, okay, I want to lose this. Is that appropriate?

Aajonus

If your body can melt the fats.

Audience

And you know that by whether you get really toxic on the down diet. How do you know that the down diet is appropriate then?

Aajonus

Well, you shouldn't have symptoms on the down diet, except for rashes.

Audience

Oh, you don't get nauseated or stuff?

Aajonus

No, if you're eating a little bit of cheese.

Audience

You shouldn't, because you are gonna dump toxins when you [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Most of it, if you're taking the hot baths, it's supposed to go out to the skin.

Audience

Okay. Because, see, so many of the detoxes I did before primal diet, were like juice fasting, you know? So you would all get sick the first few days.

Aajonus

I'm never a juice faster. I don't tell anybody to juice fast.

Audience

Well, I did that before I met you.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

So that's how I got. So this is the first time I've ever had to lose weight now.

Aajonus

Well, what happens on a juice fast is you keep getting lower and lower in fat and protein. Then when you get hungry, you just start overeating and then right back where you were.

Audience

Well, this is helpful. I appreciate it.

Aajonus

You're welcome.

Audience

And how much can you lose?

Aajonus

You can lose 20 or 30 pounds.

Audience

You'll be all right, probably, still. Because you're getting rid of the old stuff. That's fine then. You don't have to regain it at the end of the day. How many times do you tell a person has to go up and down?

Aajonus

Well, just in the recipe book, I told everybody to do it every six months because a lot of people are paranoid. If they had to wait a long time, they'd start worrying about it every day. But if they know they'd lose it every six months, then they won't worry about it. But I like to tell people who are confident to not worry about it, let it stay on for two and a half years. And then let the body go into a flu and take it off. Don't you force it off.

Audience

So it's okay also to carry it forever, even if you have to [unintelligible]?

Aajonus

Absolutely.

Audience

I guess I thought the purpose of a down diet was to detox yourself.

Aajonus

Yeah, it is. You're going to have certain fats that go by with certain poisons when they're moving out of the body.

Audience

These thin guys here, they don't have to think about this stuff. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, I went back to Asia that last time. I mean, I had holes.

Audience

Did you?

Aajonus

Oh, I had holes.

Audience

When was this? I never saw you with holes.

Aajonus

Well, you never saw me sitting without a shirt on. [laughter] I don't go shirtless or anything like that.

Audience

Yeah, but you had that washboard belly like about two years ago. You took your shirt off at the potluck.

Aajonus

That's when I'm on my thin side. That's on my thin side, but when I'm on my full side, I'm rolled.

Audience

You don't look like 180 now.

Aajonus

I'm 182.

Audience

So, are you going to do the down diet?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

You'll be skin and bones if you go down. I need to lose at least, you know, 10, 15. I'd say about 15 pounds. So, I'm 150. I'm thinking...

Aajonus

And how tall are you?

Audience

I think I'm 5'5". And I said, whose bottom is that? Did you say 150? Yeah. You're more than me. I'm 150 and I think I've been having too much... in my formulas, I've been having too much honey. And I think I need to reduce the honey. She's got an excuse for the medicines that they caused her.

Aajonus

5'5", 140.

Audience

[unintelligible] No, I think it's the honey. I've been eating too much honey.

Aajonus

But I mean, still, 5'5", you shouldn't be under 140.

Audience

Really? So, if I'm 5'4", I'm 160 now.

Aajonus

You're 140? I mean, you're 5'4"?

Audience

I used to be 120, I'm 160 now.

Aajonus

That was too...

Audience

[unintelligible] So, what's a good weight then?

Aajonus

For 5'4", about 135.

Audience

Yeah, okay. How much do you need?

Aajonus

Minimum, minimum.

Audience

That freaks me out. [unintelligible] I'm about 5'10".

Aajonus

For a guy, you should be up to almost 200 pounds.

Audience

How much do you weigh? 150. Wow, he's got 50 pounds to go. But I've never been able to put any weight in my whole life.

Aajonus

Yeah, but...

Audience

What is it about? I don't know why.

Aajonus

Yeah, but on this diet, everybody...

Audience

Are you doing dairy? Yeah. I've been doing it, but... Yeah, you'll start putting it on. [unintelligible] No, when he gets closer to the 6th and 7th year, he'll start putting it on. Yeah, I mean, at one point... Because I never put it on, and all of a sudden it's like, I've hit that, and I just put it on now. It's like when you start digesting it that way.

Aajonus

You start digesting better.

Audience

It's not really menopause. It's not really menopause, like all the women say. It's just you start digesting better. Well, that also has a part to play, doesn't it? Does turning 50 have a part? Not the 50, just the menopause. Menopause, and none of that does. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, because they're on a shit diet.

Audience

But your metabolic rate slows down too, right?

Aajonus

No, they just have so many toxins collecting at that age. When you go into menopause, the body needs to detoxify.

Audience

So it holds fat.

Aajonus

It keeps collecting the fat because you're not dumping the poisons. You keep going into heat flashes to perspire it out, but those heat flashes don't work very well.

Audience

Is that what that's for? I thought it's the hormones fluctuating, it's the toxins.

Aajonus

Trying to get rid of the toxins, getting out of the skin.

Audience

So the hormones, though, aren't going to come lower, right? The estrogen's going to drop.

Aajonus

Well, that's only, no. You're still building as many. You're making as many. You're just using the fat to attach to the toxins. Because hormones are 60% fat or more. 60% to 80% fat. So your body uses the hormones to bind with the poisons. So you'll find a lower ratio of them in your blood. That doesn't mean you're not making a lot of them. See, they're... They find, oh, it's lower in the blood, therefore your body's not making the hormones, and it's a lot.

Audience

Right, so it's in the fat.

Aajonus

The body's using them. Because now the liver's breaking down, it's not making the fats properly, to harness with the toxins, to feed the lymphatic system, to clean the body, so the body starts using its hormones for that purpose.

Audience

Why would the body, in my case, put on weight because of eating the honey?

Aajonus

Well, you're able to digest more food.

Audience

I lost you there.

Aajonus

Digest more food.

Audience

I'm having more honey to digest more food?

Aajonus

Digest more food with honey.

Audience

Honey's enzymes. No, but I'm saying, why am I putting weight on by eating the honey?

Aajonus

Just what I said, you're digesting more food. You're digesting more fats, everything, to put it on.

Audience

Honey's a digestive enzyme, so it can digest your other food better. No, but I'm saying, I'm eating extra honey, so I'm putting more weight on? Not from the honey. Not from the honey? It's not from the honey?

Aajonus

You're digesting the other foods better because you're eating so much honey.

Audience

I see. It's an enzyme. Okay. So, if I eat less honey, do you think I'd lose the weight?

Aajonus

Not necessarily.

Audience

Not necessarily. Okay. So, the food that I'm eating, I'm using it more, so therefore I'm putting weight on because of the food. Okay. Is that why some people stay so thin?

Aajonus

A lot of people don't digest their food.

Audience

They're proud of being able to eat whatever they want.

Aajonus

Just think, if they digested all that food, they'd be huge.

Audience

So, that means that they're passing it out more? You can pass calories, like a person's taking 4,000 calories.

Aajonus

You know how many people don't digest [unintelligible]?

Audience

So, where do the calories go then? [unintelligible] I remember when I was a lot leaner.

Aajonus

No, they just pass through. They don't digest the calories.

Audience

I remember when I was a lot leaner, I was always going to the bathroom. Yeah, me too. I don't go as much anymore. I don't go as much anymore. That's actually very nice to think about.

Aajonus

When I was a fruitarian vegetarian, I'd go five or six times a day. Now I'm on the diet one time a day, sometimes one time every two days.

Audience

[unintelligible] Or just always having a bowel movement too. Is that part of toxicity? People go every hour.

Aajonus

If they have diarrhea, that's toxicity. If they're going every hour, the body's not digesting their food. Something in their food, like a food coloring or a fragrance that goes into a food to make it smell good, any of those can be highly toxic, causing them to have regular bowel movements several times a day.

Audience

[unintelligible] So when you start assimilating all of a sudden your food and digestion, is that because the organs are healthy and your enzymes are healthy?

Aajonus

Bacteria is high in your intestine.

Audience

All the bacteria?

Aajonus

All of it.

Audience

Any specific bacteria? How does the bacteria get high? How do you increase it? So now why are we having more bacteria?

Aajonus

Because you're not taking all the poisons and also you're eating the cheese regularly. You're absorbing the poisons so you don't damage the colony.

Audience

In that class you talked about [unintelligible].

Aajonus

No, because I didn't understand all of it at that time. And now, of course, when I give the lectures, it's different. The cheese will absorb every hour, every 30 minutes, depending on how toxic the person is. Eat a little piece of cheese, get a train of it going through to collect the poison, and that will prevent the toxins from lowering the bacterial levels.

Audience

Oh, so the toxins lower the bacterial levels?

Aajonus

They kill bacteria.

Audience

Right, and eating the cheese throughout the day raises the bacteria in the gut.

Aajonus

Only because it grabs on to the poisons, so it doesn't kill the colony.

Audience

And what are the poisons specifically?

Aajonus

Depends on what they are, you know. If you're eating processed food, like I said, it could be anything from any additive. It could be coloring, it could be flavoring, it could be a fragrance that they want to produce in the food. Like a lot of the stuff that smells like strawberries. It's not at all strawberry anything. It's actual ester chemical that they made from petroleum.

Those kind of things get into the system, get into the tissue. And even if you're not eating them now, they were in your body. When your body throws them off, dissolves the fat that they were harnessed in or encapsulated in, sets them free again, they can poison all the bacteria in the intestine. And if it's really toxic, your body will either vomit or hit diarrhea to get rid of it. If you have the cheese going through regularly, small amounts of the cheese going through regularly, it collects those poisons as long as you only eat the honey directly with the cheese. And as long as it's raw, no salt cheese.

Audience

So you suggest everybody to eat small pieces of cheese all the time during the day?

Aajonus

Yeah, now.

Audience

I've never found the unsalted cheese.

Aajonus

Well, Amos Miller and some of those Amish farmers that I have on the product list will actually ship them to you.

Audience

They ship them to me.

Aajonus

FedEx, you have to do a FedEx, you can't do a post office.

Audience

What do you think of green pasture?

Aajonus

Green pasture oils?

Audience

Yeah, butter oil.

Aajonus

Well, the cod liver, there's only one of their cod liver oils that's good. I worked for them for two years to produce that awful, nasty, bitter tasting in cod liver oil.

Audience

The green pastures?

Aajonus

Yeah, that's fermented, but it has no flavor to it. Those that have flavoring, it's just processed oils that have been distilled and treated with kerosene. You have to get the stinky, bitter one.

Audience

But what's the quality?

Aajonus

It's excellent.

Audience

Fermented?

Aajonus

Green pastures, yeah.

Audience

Fermented cod liver oil through green pastures is the one.

Aajonus

Yeah, but if you're eating fish regularly and you're not eating junk food, it's not going to do anything benefit for you. I tested on many, many people on this diet, and there was no advantage to it. If you're on a shit diet, it will. Or you're not getting any sunshine.

Audience

I took this oil and my head started shrinking. I had such headache and pain in my neck and everything. Is that like allergies?

Aajonus

No, cleaning out the brain.

Audience

So I should take more?

Aajonus

No, I wouldn't do it. I'd do it slowly.

Audience

I should keep taking it, but slowly?

Aajonus

No, just eat the diet and you'll normally detox your brain slowly.

Audience

Not take any cod liver oil at all?

Aajonus

I wouldn't eat that, as long as you're on the diet. If you're, let's say, 80% on the diet, I wouldn't eat any cod liver unless you're eating something really nasty, like fried foods.

Audience

But if I'm in Canada and there's no sun and nothing, is that going to help?

Aajonus

It'll help, yeah. But your milk has a lot of vitamin D in it, and your butter.

Audience

But do you add it? Can you get milk up there?

Aajonus

Not raw?

Audience

No, raw milk we don't.

Aajonus

Oh, you can't get it at all?

Audience

No. You can't go to a farmer? I can take my car and go two hours in Vermont and come back. It's not that, the quality I had there was not that good. There was no cream, I think, so I couldn't. But I have this question about milk, because I've been trying, and I was going to ask you, what would be the symptom that would convince you someone should not drink or eat any dairy or milk?

Aajonus

Well, I suggest that everybody does. You know, I mean, people say, well, I have an allergy to it, this and this and that happens. I say, bear through it. You know, you're not going to get a better source of minerals or a better source of fat for the nervous system unless you're having dairy. So suffer through it, you know, and then you'll get through it, eventually.

Audience

Because I get something, especially mentally, it's not working on me. I get stoned, I lose my memory.

Aajonus

That's a protein, you're getting a protein deficiency.

Audience

No, no, by drinking milk.

Aajonus

That's a protein, you're getting a protein deficiency, because you're using all the minerals to detox toxins out of the brain, and then you're not eating enough meat or eggs.

Audience

No, I'm eating this raw, all the raw meat and eggs and all this, but when I take milk, I'm doing sort of good, but every time I try milk, it's not doing that well.

Aajonus

How are you taking the milk?

Audience

It's warm and I drink it without food, normally without food, because if I do it with food, it's like... You take it at room temperature? Yeah, it's room temperature. And I have another thing in my gut, I have very much discomfort, I'm going to get diarrhea often, and it makes me really like...

Aajonus

Then you've got a lot of poisons and you need cheese.

Audience

Cheese?

Aajonus

You're eating the cheese regularly, small amount, like a sugar cube size amount, half a teaspoon every 30 minutes, you'll be able to drink the milk easily. Right now your body is using all of the minerals in the milk, and then without the minerals you can't digest the fat properly, the cream. Now that can make your brain slick.

Audience

I remember it took me a few years with the milk, and then all of a sudden, a few years on the diet, I could just like, the milk was just like life-saving, it was like I wanted it. Before I couldn't have any. When I start drinking milk, I can't stop, I have full craving for it, and I can drink the whole thing. That's not doing me any good.

Aajonus

Just eat the cheese and also eat a little bit of pineapple. Take about an inch and a half section of pineapple, four times a day.

Audience

With the cheese? What's the name of the Amish guy?

Aajonus

Pardon?

Audience

The Amish that sells, I cannot get any unsalted cheese.

Aajonus

Well, they'll send it to you in Canada, just do it FedEx.

Audience

What's their name?

Aajonus

I've got a product list.

Audience

That's with, what's his name?

Aajonus

Amos Miller.

Audience

No, not Amos.

Aajonus

I've got probably Eli King.

Audience

Eli King, he'll send it to you, right?

Aajonus

Well, so will Amos, I mean there's a lot of...

Audience

Oh, the guy that runs the, we want to live, we want to live, what's that?

Aajonus

Oh no, that's Jim.

Audience

No, that's the Pennsylvania, Amish, Amish farmer, he'll send it to you. What does the pineapple do?

Aajonus

Well, the pineapple helps digestion.

Audience

Helps digestion.

Aajonus

A lot of, yeah, also break down toxins.

Audience

Yeah, by itself.

Aajonus

When people have difficulty with digestive activity, pineapple is very helpful in small amounts.

Audience

Just by itself.

Aajonus

Well, no, you could have, you know, maybe a teaspoon of, or a tablespoon of cream, or a teaspoon of butter. By itself, depending on how much milk you're drinking.

Audience

Yeah, how much is too much. What amount of milk would you recommend for someone?

Aajonus

Well, if you're having the problems you're having, I would start off with a quart a day. I have up to two to three quarts a day.

Audience

One quart a day?

Aajonus

One liter.

Audience

But at the time, one time?

Aajonus

Oh no, you just, no more than four ounces at a time.

Audience

Four ounces out of a cup.

Aajonus

Half a cup at a time.

Audience

So if you drink too much milk...

Aajonus

That would be eight half cups.

Audience

How long does it take to digest that four ounces, where you could have four more?

Aajonus

About an hour. But if you're doing it every two hours, that's...

Audience

I usually drink eight ounces when I drink it.

Aajonus

I don't. I only consume two ounces at a time.

Audience

When I do milkshakes?

Aajonus

But I do two ounces every 30 minutes.

Audience

Didn't you say somewhere that sipping milk throughout the day has some benefit? And I forget what the benefit was.

Aajonus

Well, it's the same benefit. You digest it better, your body handles it better. You don't back up, you don't slow down. So what I do is I sip about an ounce, ounce and a half, maybe two ounces at a time. And I do that about every 30 minutes.

Audience

And what's the benefit of that?

Aajonus

I just said, you digest better, you handle everything better, easier. Nothing backs up, nothing is overwhelming.

Audience

What happens, it's the overload, right? So what happens, I remember in the past, when Joseph and I were talking about milk, he says, every time I drink the milk, whether it's the six ounces or the eight ounces or more, I get sleepy. So why does it make you sleepy?

Aajonus

Because the cream is very difficult to digest, especially when it's mixed with the other milk.

Audience

So you kind of shut down.

Aajonus

Well, your body just has to spend all of its energy on digesting.

Audience

I just got sleepy from having a little tiny bit of cheese.

Aajonus

You got sleepy from cheese?

Audience

I just had some cheese and I got really sleepy.

Aajonus

That's unusual.

Audience

It could be just that time of the day, too. You know, the afternoons, that time when you think, especially with this weather, you just want to curdle up and go to sleep. Is it OK to drink milk with food? Do you have milk with food or should you have it separate?

Aajonus

If you have milk with food, it should be a very small amount.

Audience

It's always separate?

Aajonus

It's better, yes. Even if I drink a meat meal, I'll have a tablespoon to rinse my mouth with, but I won't touch it for another 20, 30 minutes. Before I'll have more.

Audience

Do you drink milkshakes the same way, just two ounces at a time?

Aajonus

Yeah, that's always better. Or, well, you could drink, yeah, two ounces at a time, let's say every 10, 15 minutes. Or every five minutes, you'd do two ounces every five minutes of a milkshake. Unless you want to take a long time to drink it. Take an hour to drink it, that's OK. But if you have, let's say, a 16-ounce milkshake, then over a period of an hour, if you had two ounces at a time, that equals 18 ounces.

Audience

If you drink that all at once, that's way too much. So then in that hour...

Aajonus

Yeah, I mean, if you have a milkshake all at one time like that, I would just go to sleep.

Audience

I can have eight ounces all at one time, but not 16. So in that hour, you're sipping that milkshake and nothing else.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

I have to go, I have to catch the coaster, but it was a very nice experience. Thanks a lot for your help. Are you walking to the coaster? Yeah, I'm walking. Yeah, it's going to take an hour or so. Do you want a ride? [unintelligible] No, but it's going to come in an hour. Where are you? You're going all the way to San Diego?

Aajonus

Oh, the train.

Audience

Yeah. But he's going to be walking all the way to the beach. [unintelligible] Joseph lives in La Jolla. I can take you there. To Hillcrest? I can take you to where you can pick up the coaster. In an hour. What time is the train? 4.45, but I have to be there at 4.30. Do you live in Hillcrest? No, I don't live there, but that's west of there. I can take you there. I've got to go to La Jolla. Really? La Jolla. You can drive me to La Jolla, I can take the bus. [unintelligible] It's a long way to walk. What?

Aajonus

Because you're up on the hill.

Audience

How old are you, Ali? I'm 35. What was your question to Aajonus? It was about milk. Oh, it was about milk. Well, I have [unintelligible]. Well, take advantage. Okay. Like, when you eat raw meat, what would be a good portion?

Aajonus

How much do you eat at a time?

Audience

Yeah.

Aajonus

I usually like a half a pound, a cup and a half.

Audience

Half a pound, that's a lot.

Aajonus

Oh, for me that's not a lot.

Audience

Here's a question. Didn't you say something about ground up beef not being as... because it oxidizes or something?

Aajonus

Well, it depends on how it's ground. If it's ground under high pressure, the fat is homogenized. And then homogenized fat encapsulates the protein and you don't digest it very well.

Audience

Because it's...

Aajonus

Huh?

Audience

Because it's [unintelligible]. I feel like I digest the ground meat better than the non-grounded.

Aajonus

Yeah. But if you have it, usually stores, you grind it to a high pressure grinder twice.

Audience

Oh, but I...

Aajonus

Two or three times.

Audience

These guys, they do it like us. I think they do it by hand.

Aajonus

It's fine.

Audience

Yeah, but the portion you said, half a pound, but I feel often when I eat meat, it just stays on my stomach more than cooked meat.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

Which I find strange because I should be able to digest it better, faster.

Aajonus

It just means you have no hydrochloric acid in your stomach.

Audience

And then... And what do you do to...

Aajonus

See, when you have cooked meat, it'll just flake off and fall apart and dissolve.

Audience

Yeah, so I...

Aajonus

In your intestine. The raw does not unless you have hydrochloric acid.

Audience

How do you get that?

Aajonus

So you have to grind it well, hydrochloric acid, beets, corn, pineapple.

Audience

Yeah, and beets have hydrochloric acid?

Aajonus

Yeah, hydrochloric acid precursor.

Audience

Precursor. So pineapple...

Aajonus

So does corn.

Audience

So you think raw meat won't give you this hydrochloric acid on the long run?

Aajonus

Well, it depends on how toxic your stomach lining is. It sounds like your stomach lining is pretty dark.

Audience

It's pretty dead, I think, yeah. So if he eats pineapple with his meat, how much pineapple? Not much. Not much. Pineapple makes me swell, like my mouth becomes all swollen. Pineapple? Yeah. My tongue becomes... Red. Mine even bled once. Pineapple.

Aajonus

Well, you're only supposed to eat a small piece at a time.

Audience

I know. Yes, I know. But you buy this big pineapple and you only...

Aajonus

Yeah, but what you do is, mine will last two weeks. You take it like this, you cut it in circles like this, small circles. And then you put it down in a bowl. So it's down in a bowl like this and it seeps itself. And then it stays fine. Well, when you take it out, let's say you've gone three days without having any. You take about a sixteenth of an inch slice off, throw it away, and take your slice off of that.

Audience

But that's still a lot. If you take a slice like that, there's still a lot of pineapple on it.

Aajonus

Oh, that's too much. It's a small, I'm not saying that big.

Audience

You can put them in a jar. You can put them in a big jar.

Aajonus

I'm saying a little section, a little cube of meat. Let's say you're taking a slice off, okay? To get a cube of pineapple like that, you just take a thin slice, about an eighth of an inch. And that's all you eat.

Audience

It could be there forever. Why is raw fish so much easier to digest?

Aajonus

If you're doing that two, three times a day, even four times a day, taking a little thin slice for digestion.

Audience

Yeah, that's a good question. Why is raw fish so much easier to digest? Meat's easy to digest too, for me.

Aajonus

If I eat a lot of fish, I have to eat a tremendous amount, and I'm so hungry, it just digests so quickly. And for some people it isn't.

Audience

Yeah, I get hungry quicker on fish, for sure.

Aajonus

Yeah, me too.

Audience

Why is that?

Aajonus

I'm very hungry. I guess you digest it quicker and easier.

Audience

If I eat a good amount of meat, sometimes I get really hungry just after it, like just after 15 minutes later, as if I need more and more and more. But if I don't eat, three hours later, I won't be hungry at all for the same.

Aajonus

Because your body's eating your red blood cells.

Audience

What does that mean?

Aajonus

Your body's eating your red blood cells, not enough protein, so the body starts eating your red blood cells.

Audience

But if I eat, my body doesn't want meat, it wants red blood cells instead. It's like it's favoring...

Aajonus

Once you start eating the meat, I mean once you start eating your own blood cells, you become too acidic, meat's repulsive.

Audience

Okay, okay. What's causing them to eat their own blood cells?

Aajonus

Protein deficiency.

Audience

Say that again, there's a protein deficiency?

Aajonus

When you have a protein deficiency, your body starts eating its own red blood cells for the protein.

Audience

But why would I have a protein deficiency if I just had a meal?

Aajonus

You may already be protein deficient.

Audience

How do you change the acidity?

Aajonus

Let me finish answering your question. If you're very protein deficient, which I can see you are, because your body wants a lot more mass on there, the more muscle, the more fat you can store. Right now, you don't have enough muscle. So when your body gets the meat, it says, oh, I like this, let's have more. But you still have a digestive problem, so you've got a problem there. So you have to work that out. You work that out by having a little honey and a little pineapple to help digestion of the meat.

Once you don't eat anything, then your blood protein level drops to a point where the body says, I have to eat my own red blood cells. That causes a tremendous amount of over-acidity, and then that causes you to lose your appetite, causes anorexia. So, if you grind your meat all the way, you're not likely to get hungry by then. If you grind it to a pate. If it's just normally ground, it's likely to be homogenized, and it's not going to digest well, and you're still going to be hungry.

Audience

It's not going to digest well because it's been grounded?

Aajonus

When it's ground into a very fine paste, your body doesn't have to use any digestive acids. Only bacteria is needed to infiltrate.

Audience

Is that good?

Aajonus

Bacteria is 90% of digestion.

Audience

But how do you make it like a fine paste?

Aajonus

What I do is I take the steak and I'll cut it into cubes about inch by inch, put it in my food processor, fill the whole food processor only halfway, and then grind that in there until it's a pate.

Audience

How long?

Aajonus

I'll make enough for two, three days sometimes. And then stuff it in a two-cup jar.

Audience

Does it stay okay that way, better than leaving it cold?

Aajonus

About the same.

Audience

It's a lot of work because I do it every day.

Aajonus

I do it two, three days.

Audience

I think I'll start doing that. You don't have to wash your food processor as much.

Aajonus

Exactly. It doesn't take much time to clean the food processor. You figure we're getting pretty lazy when we've gone from hours of cooking and cooking and scrubbing pots to just a few minutes of cleaning a food processor. This is the height of laziness.

Audience

Almost an hour each day washing canning jars?

Aajonus

Well, that's different.

Audience

[unintelligible] That's a day's worth of canning jars. It usually takes me an hour by the time I do every, well, not quite an hour. He's too fastidious, when he's cleaning. No, maybe about 30 minutes.

Aajonus

To clean how many?

Audience

Usually about 18 to 20, along with forks and tops, every day, and the food processor, and then the jars that you store your food in, you keep emptying them out so that they're part of the jars too.

Aajonus

I clean as soon as I finish to get it out of the way.

Audience

I can't do that because I'm eating this stuff on the road often, where I'm working, so I collect them. Then I wash them once a day in your special formula of coconut cream and apple cider vinegar and salt. It cleans much better. And then that way I don't have to get hot water every time I need to do one jar. I get the hot water all at once. It just makes a lot of sense. Can you finish what you were saying with Alex? What happens to, how does he get over-acidic?

Aajonus

I said, I finished it. I said, your blood protein drops to the point where your body has to eat its own red blood cells to get the protein. That causes over-acidity and nausea, which is anorexia.

Audience

Oh, I see. And to get rid of the over-acidity and nausea, he has to...

Aajonus

Vegetable juice is helpful for that. Some fruit.

Audience

Which fruit?

Aajonus

Any of the fruit.

Audience

How do you tell?

Aajonus

Alkalinizing substances.

Audience

Like eat just fruit by itself or in a mixture with cow cream and coconut?

Aajonus

Any way you want.

Audience

Okay. And then when the over-acidity is neutralized with the vegetable juices and fruit, then he slowly gets back into trying to eat the meat pate to build up the system.

Aajonus

Well, if you just have the pineapple, that should do it.

Audience

It'll neutralize the acidity?

Aajonus

Neutralize the acidity and keep digesting the meat at the same time.

Audience

Is that a good one? With a lemon?

Aajonus

Not with red meat. Not with red meat.

Audience

You've got the book, right? In the book it says when you have lemon, it...

Aajonus

White meat. Fish or chicken.

Audience

It's not good with red meat because it... Pork. Is it red or white?

Aajonus

Any four-legged animal is red meat, including pork.

Audience

Dog. Dog. [laughter] Cat.

Aajonus

Cat, all red meat, rat, yeah. Oh, this is in Thailand. You know, if I catch the big rats, they eat them. Horse rats. Yeah, they were... I got a tractor finally to clear out some of the jungle and uncovered several big rat's nests, you know, big, you know, forest rats. The dogs caught them and they eat them. Not the dogs eat them, my workers eat them.

Audience

Why do they like the rat meat?

Aajonus

Well, when you've got a big rat, it's pretty tasty. And it's a wild rat, it's not a city rat that lives on garbage.

Audience

How is it going, things over there in Thailand? [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, in Thailand, they have a raw meat dish, especially up around Chiang Mai, Chiang Rai. You know, it's a regular thing that they have a raw meat dish. I forgot what it's called. But they have a dish that they eat. It's raw meat.

Audience

What kind of raw milk do you get over there?

Aajonus

Best I can get.

Audience

Is it buffalo?

Aajonus

No, cow.

Audience

Cow?

Aajonus

Yeah, they imported a lot of cows from New Zealand.

Audience

What about this A1, A2 thing? Is that...

Aajonus

Well, I haven't found any, in my experiments with people on this diet, I haven't found any difference. But when I'm living just on, you know, like two or three foods, I do notice a difference.

Audience

For what? What's the A1 doing?

Aajonus

A1, I will have less energy from. A2, I'll have more energy.

Audience

What does that mean? I don't know what A1 and A2 mean.

Aajonus

It's a certain kind of genetic makeup.

Audience

What is it?

Aajonus

That builds the milk. There are certain chemicals in the milk that are produced in A2 cows that are not produced in A1 cows.

Audience

Okay, there are different kinds of cows. I don't know what that's all about.

Aajonus

Well, it's just because some cows have been cross-bred and it's caused the problem. Your jerseys, most of them are A2.

Audience

Which is the problem?

Aajonus

Whole steams are usually A2, A1.

Audience

What is Eli's?

Aajonus

He has both. Amos too, but they're all moving to A1, A2.

Audience

And what about that organic pastures milk?

Aajonus

I don't trust Mark as far as I can tell. There was a few years when he was feeding them organic rice bran. You can't feed organic rice bran because once the bran has been processed with steam to get it off of the rice, it's processed. And bran is not a complete food. And it was turning the milk really bitter because you got...

Audience

I remember that.

Aajonus

Remember how bitter that was?

Audience

It was awful a couple of times.

Aajonus

Because you got gibberellic acid in the bran.

Audience

What's that?

Aajonus

Gibberellic acid is an acid. It's a fatty acid. It's an ester in the bran that causes swelling. They use it. They extract it from rice bran to give to grapes and other plants to make them big and swollen. But that causes swelling of the brain, swelling a lot of people's systems. And it's really bitter and nasty tasting when the esters of the fat that are really bitter aren't removed. And usually they remove them. And it's even more toxic because they use kerosene to do that. So when the gibberellic acid in the bran is digested by the cow, it doesn't break down that bitter ester.

Audience

So when you drink organic pastures milk, your brain is being affected?

Aajonus

They don't do it anymore. I came down on Mark pretty hard for it.

Audience

What's the present standard?

Aajonus

I don't know what he's doing. That's what I say. I don't trust the man. He was saying organic, organic, organic. And he was feeding them non-organic substances for two years. That was way back in 2003 and 2004.

Audience

How long does it take for something like that to go out of an animal's system?

Aajonus

Well, out of the milk it would take about 20, 25 days.

Audience

Do you trust Claravale?

Aajonus

Pardon?

Audience

Claravale or the other guys? Claravale milk?

Aajonus

Claravale.

Audience

Claravale.

Aajonus

As you can see, I'm drinking out of their bottle, but this is the milk from Pennsylvania, the Amish milk.

Audience

Was it delivered to your house in California from Pennsylvania?

Aajonus

Oh, yeah. We have a truck that brings it to us.

Audience

There's this co-op in L.A. What's co-op?

Aajonus

Co-op means a group of people got together and we're a buying club.

Audience

The one in Santa Monica?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

Not the Rawesome. Not the Rawesome.

Aajonus

No, Rawesome was closed. We have another one.

Audience

It's another co-op. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Oh, no. Co Opportunity? No, no, no.

Audience

Oh, okay.

Aajonus

No, this is a private one.

Audience

But this is the food, the milk, all the food that's coming from Pennsylvania.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

But is that private? You say it's private?

Aajonus

It's private.

Audience

People can't go there and buy it?

Aajonus

No. Well, you can't go there and buy anything. You have to order online and then you go pick it up. There's a pick-up place.

Audience

And there's also the people that are doing this co-op, they're trying to minimize attention so the authorities don't get involved. So if you join them, then it has to be... You have to be recommended. You have to be recommended because the word goes out and they could easily get busted. So there's a lot of precautions being taken.

Aajonus

But there's a delivery down here on Saturday afternoon.

Audience

Every two weeks. Well, what about northeast?

Aajonus

Northeast what?

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

Oh, no, that's...

Audience

You can get it directly from...

Aajonus

Those are different clubs. There are other clubs up there.

Audience

So do you know the clubs that are up in Canada?

Aajonus

I only know the one in Toronto and the one in Edmonton.

Audience

How do you get in touch with these people?

Aajonus

You'd have to email me and I'd have to give you their email.

Audience

So you don't trust the Claravale.

Aajonus

There's nothing organic about it. It's not organic.

Audience

No, but they're natural, right?

Aajonus

No, they feed them hay because there's no grass. They don't have big pastures, very small pastures.

Audience

It's just that it's a good glass bottle.

Aajonus

Yes.

Audience

So he buys the milk, throws it out, and uses the bottle.

Aajonus

No, I drank the milk because I didn't have anything else. The organic pasture, I didn't have anything else. But I drank it, but I keep the bottles.

Audience

It's a good bottle. It's a good size. I like that.

Aajonus

It's small, you know. It's easy to suck out of this bottle.

Audience

It's your baby bottle. Who's next?

Aajonus

But the taste of all... Even the rubber, the taste is awful.

Audience

Yes. Aajonus, this is having to do with this tenting thing. After the tenting of the house next door, when I come back, I have to open up all the windows and clear my own house out? No? Don't open the windows at all?

Aajonus

It's not going to get into your house.

Audience

It won't.

Aajonus

Do you have a basement?

Audience

No. Then why do I have to...

Aajonus

You have to keep everything closed, though.

Audience

Oh, okay. So I don't want...

Aajonus

If I were you I would tape around the windows, which, you know, like in your painting, would just put the...

Audience

Especially on the side near the place.

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

I could put some blue tape there. The doors.

Aajonus

[unintelligible]

Audience

Because the blue doesn't rip off paint. It's not super sticky. So when I come back, I don't open windows. I just stay in.

Aajonus

Not if you've had them taped.

Audience

Yeah, okay. Another quick question.

Aajonus

I would tape the doors on... You know, all the doors on the inside, but the one, the last one you go out, I would tape that.

Audience

After I go out, yeah. How serious... You know, the same question. How serious is termite medication, killing termites? [audio cut]

Aajonus

Where they're weak, or [unintelligible] toxic.

Audience

So whatever the weakness of the body is, it's going to take that?

Aajonus

If the body decides to throw it there. If the body puts it in a non-weak place, then it won't be so bad. And if you have fats there, it's not going to be so bad. If you put it in a weak place, or a place where it's very fat deficient, you're going to have some damage. It'll kill cells. It'll cause more toxicity in the area. It can damage every cell, every time it out-gasses.

Audience

I looked up the cedar oil once, and it seems to me that there was two kinds, one water-based, and one oil-based. Have you ever seen anything like that?

Aajonus

Yeah, there's a water-based one, but it's...

Audience

Which ones should I be buying?

Aajonus

I would buy the oil-based one. They say the water-based one... Well, they say neither has any VOCs in it, volatile organic compounds, in any cedar product. However, I tried the water-soluble one, and usually oil is more toxic. It has more compounds in it. But the water-soluble one seemed to give me a headache, and the oil-soluble one did not. And the water-soluble one lasted for weeks. Oil-soluble one, because I think it was absorbed better into the wood, it only lasted about three or four days.

Audience

You mean the odor?

Aajonus

The odor can still be heavy, because those are still oil vapors.

Audience

So the water one, the vapor, lasted a lot longer?

Aajonus

Yeah, because there was some other chemical in it. And that chemical was not a good chemical.

Audience

Yeah, that's what stymied me last time I looked at it. I couldn't figure out which one to buy. I had another quick question on clay. Are you recommending terramin clay or terrasilk clay for eating?

Aajonus

It depends upon the individual. If they have a high metabolism and they're an athlete, they should be eating the nutritional, not the silk. If they're very slow, low energy, then the terrasilk is a little better.

Audience

How about Barbara Morgan? She asked me about it, and I didn't have an answer for her.

Aajonus

Barbara Morgan is a high-energy person, and she should not be having the terrasilk.

Audience

She should have the terramin. What's the difference?

Aajonus

One's coarser than the other. The terrasilk is very fine. It's a lot more expensive, too.

Audience

So the terrasilk being fine, it's the people with slow energy.

Aajonus

Slow digestion.

Audience

Slow digestion. How does that affect? I'm trying to understand what the difference is.

Aajonus

Well, the people with slower digestion need a finer molecule to help pull stuff out of the blood, out of the intestine. The people who have a high metabolism, where everything is moving fast, they need a more coarse one, or else they may absorb some of those fine, toxic molecules. Clay is a rock. It's not a substance. It's not a food. It's very toxic if it gets absorbed into the body.

Audience

I see. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, if you're a hyperactive person, then you've got a high metabolism.

Audience

How do you know which of the both? If you're both?

Aajonus

Yeah, if you're both, then you could use either.

Audience

Do you know what I am?

Aajonus

You're pretty mellow. I know Michael. That guy is high energy.

Audience

So, when you're on the low end, then you should be having the silk. And the thing is, if you eat the wrong kind, and it's absorbing in your body, it's going to be damaging you.

Aajonus

Yeah, it'll be heavy metal toxicity.

Audience

So, which one should I eat, for example?

Aajonus

But, anyway, rock does not digest in the human body. But sometimes, because I tell you to soak it and leave it a long time, you've got bacteria in there that will break it down even farther. It'll just help pull the poison down faster.

But some people who have high metabolism have huge pores in their intestines. And even those things can pass out. It'll never get into a cell, but it can get into the blood. It can get into the neurological fluid and cause complications.

Audience

Like what kind?

Aajonus

It could cause rashes. It could cause nausea. It could cause headaches. Loss of appetite. Too much hunger.

Audience

I wouldn't say. I don't think I would be high metabolism. What's the difference between the rings in the eyes being high adrenaline and low metabolism? Is there any relationship? Or is it exactly what it is?

Aajonus

If you have a lot of activity rings in your eyes, that means you produce a lot of testosterone, estrogen, and adrenaline for physical activity.

Audience

I have like 5 to 7 of those. You've only got 5 to 7? I think I had 11. So sometimes I feel energetic, and that's a lot. And sometimes I don't. So how does that... can you actually change it?

Aajonus

Oh yeah. Well, no, you won't change. You'll have that same amount. But sometimes you'll have the energy and the physical ability to be naturally 6 or 7 activity rings.

Audience

You know, you're feeling your own burnout or whatever. You're just low. So that's a good question. If a person has activity rings, but they're not very robust, or more on the depressed side, like low energy, what does that mean?

Aajonus

It means you were a vegetarian.

Audience

Means what?

Aajonus

You were a vegetarian.

Audience

Before?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

And we're just kind of balancing it out?

Aajonus

No, you fucked up your system.

Audience

Oh.

Aajonus

It takes a long time to correct it.

Audience

It takes a long time to correct it.

Aajonus

The damage that vegetarianism does to the digestive tract and the whole body is tremendous.

Audience

Well, I did basically fruitarianism for 10 years. Oh my God. How could you be fruitarian? Now it's come out, huh? No, because I lived in the tropics. I had coconut every day. I had avocados every day. I had a little bit of salad, but the thing is it was so hot and I didn't want to cook anymore. I hated cooking, but that was it. You know, I didn't eat anything else. No coconut? I had coconuts every day.

Aajonus

Still not enough protein.

Audience

I had coconuts.

Aajonus

Coconut's only 15% protein.

Audience

I had coconuts every day, the jelly kind. I didn't have any, but I had avocado every day. So that did what to my system?

Aajonus

Well, it damaged the whole digestive tract and the whole energy system. You weren't getting enough protein.

Audience

Right. So you don't digest any of your protein, or it stops making the [unintelligible], the bacteria and everything?

Aajonus

It'll stop all that.

Audience

So although mentally there's a lot of activity, the body is in the healing process.

Aajonus

Or cleansing.

Audience

Cleansing process. So how do you, what do you do to sort of like assist it?

Aajonus

High meat, high egg, rotten meat.

Audience

Oh, hell no. She won't even take an egg that's not washed. So the problem is, I mean, the environment where, you know, you can't have that because, like, you'd be thrown out. It's in a jar. Okay, so high meat and high eggs.

Aajonus

You're living with people?

Audience

Yeah. It's in a jar.

Aajonus

It stinks up the whole refrigerator.

Audience

It stinks. Oh, we have a little fridge outside or something. No, there's no privacy. Okay, so high meat and high eggs will give the body the bacteria again.

Aajonus

It'll reintroduce the kind of bacteria you need.

Audience

So how can I lead up to that?

Aajonus

There's no lead up. You can do the high meat or the high eggs.

Audience

How do you do the high eggs? She's trying to get out of it.

Aajonus

Take an egg, take a spoon, around on the end, and you tap it until you hear the faint cracks. Then you let it sit in a wooden bowl or cardboard.

Audience

Is it going to be leaking a little bit?

Aajonus

No, you are not cracking it enough to do that, hair cracks.

Audience

Just one end, right?

Aajonus

No, you do all, the whole thing, all the way around. Very fine cracks.

Audience

Oh, okay.

Aajonus

You can't even see them, unless you get a magnifying glass.

Audience

What? What happens if you get a cracked egg [unintelligible].

Aajonus

And just let it sit for six weeks.

Audience

That makes me nauseous, when I open one of those and they're high, I almost throw up from the smell. So you have to hold your nose. I don't know if I open it, I go. So you hold your nose and then you take how much of it? How much of it do you take?

Aajonus

The whole thing.

Audience

It's tough. And how much of the high meat do you take? Well, I can handle the high meat and not high eggs.

Aajonus

It doesn't matter.

Audience

[dog barking, unintelligible] Every day?

Aajonus

Every day is good. I've got people who only eat high meat. I've got one guy who eats two pounds of high meat a day. He won't eat anything fresh.

Audience

What about if you leave it in your fridge and you don't open it and it's in a jar for a month? No, you've got to open it to get the bacteria. You've got to open it. If you open it every few days, that would become high?

Aajonus

If you have it out of the refrigerator, it will still keep going even if you don't open it with the non-aerobic bacteria.

Audience

You want the aerobic and...

Aajonus

But you want both.

Audience

So open it every day a little bit?

Aajonus

Well, if it's out of the refrigerator, you open it every two days. In the refrigerator, every three to four days. But in the refrigerator, it takes much longer.

Audience

It should be ground, though.

Aajonus

If you want it to go fast and hard, then ground.

Audience

Because that's easier to eat, too, a little bit. That would be easier. You can do that. I used to do that with milk and then just wash it and throw it down. Yeah. And it doesn't really taste [unintelligible]. It tastes like sausage. Yeah. I've done high meat, and it was no big... I mean, it was a little bit smelly, but... High chicken. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

When I used to go to the movie theater, I would take high meat. I mean high chicken. And you know how rank that smells. Well, the reason I did it was because everybody was using these perfumes and colognes with formaldehyde in them. And I couldn't go into a movie theater anymore. If I wanted to go to a movie theater, I would take my chicken legs. And I mean they would be rank. I'd leave them out the day before. They were already high in the refrigerator. And they would just be so bad. And I like that smell now. I like the smell. And I would pull that out, and you just... Two rows in front, all the way on the side, and two rows in back. Clear out. They see me eating the stinky... I mean they... Well, I was reported one time.

Audience

Of course. You're supposed to buy the stuff that's in the movie theaters now for $6 for a little candy bar. $5 a pop.

Aajonus

Yeah, yeah.

Audience

That's how you lean into it or look up to it is you smell it. No, I've done the high red meat. The chicken... Just cut the chicken up in a jar and let the air in and throw it in the smoothie. And you can't taste it at all.

That's why I got a lot of high meat. The chicken? You got the chicken stinky, slimy, and then you put it in milk? No, it's smoothie like coconut cream. You put some coconut cream and honey in a food processor? Wouldn't it smell the whole place out? Kind of. Yes.

Aajonus

It doesn't work as well, though.

Audience

What doesn't work?

Aajonus

It doesn't work as well. Coconut cream will destroy the bacteria.

Audience

Really? Well, that's it. Remember, his book says you just have to have it plain.

Aajonus

Honey will destroy it, too. Yeah.

Audience

Then there's no way around it.

Aajonus

Milk. Wash it down with milk.

Audience

You have to eat it as just high meat. And then you rinse your mouth with milk and spit out the milk. You've got to take meat as it is.

Aajonus

No, you can take the milk down with it. It's just going to be a little bit slower in digestion.

Audience

If you rinse the chicken, does that make it no longer high chicken?

Aajonus

Well, you're not going to have all the outer bacteria. You're just going to have that permeated as far as it's going to go.

Audience

That's the way you work into it, right? No, my thing is I've got to be in an environment where I don't have people that are... That's the problem. Okay, what's my question? They need to make jars that are coated so it gets through inside. No, it's the smell, honey. It's the smell. Okay. My last reading was a year ago. And I had detoxed 80% of the other 20% [unintelligible]. And he said it would come out through the joint of this hand and aches, which it has. I hadn't been doing the baths because I don't have a bathtub.

Aajonus

You can get five to seven hot water bottles. Three layers of beach towels underneath you for the sweat. Get a down comforter to go over you. And then maybe a silk one right against you. And then you have five to seven hot water bottles. You know, for four or five hours of heating like that. But I would say wear cotton long johns so you can absorb the poison in there so it won't stay on the skin.

Audience

Also, this ayurvedic guy said if you put sesame oil on your body it also draws out toxins.

Aajonus

Yeah, but not in a good way.

Audience

No, yeah.

Aajonus

I mean, if it were pure raw sesame oil it would be okay, but it still smothers the skin. Because it's only fat-soluble oil. It's not water-soluble.

Audience

Okay. Leg discomfort. When the legs are like really aching and, you know. I remember you saying in the breathing that you can take certain things to dry it. Because you were talking about dryness in the body. And it wasn't too clear. So, I'm asking what's, with my condition, the pain is caused from the stiffness, the drying, the heavy metals. How do I...

Aajonus

All of them can cause that pain. Any one of those can cause that pain.

Audience

Okay, so then...

Aajonus

You just have to know it's in the joints or it's in the muscles or it's in the connective tissue.

Audience

So, we've got joints, muscles, connective tissue. Okay, what's the formula?

Aajonus

Well, if it's in the muscles you can take pineapple or banana with butter.

Audience

Pineapple, banana with...

Aajonus

Banana and butter, pineapple and butter.

Audience

Butter. What's the proportion?

Aajonus

That you'll have to experiment with and see.

Audience

Start off with how much?

Aajonus

If you're having banana, have about, it has to be medium ripe.

Audience

Medium.

Aajonus

Not real green. Not too ripe, not alcoholic ripe. Have about three and a half inches of banana. And about... You can have a tablespoon of cheese and a tablespoon of butter.

Audience

With the pineapple?

Aajonus

Yeah. No, with the banana.

Audience

Oh, so with the banana, yeah. Okay, so...

Aajonus

And with the pineapple I would make it two tablespoons of cheese and one tablespoon of butter.

Audience

How much pineapple?

Aajonus

About a half a cup.

Audience

And that's for the muscle. Okay, what about the joints?

Aajonus

That would be a constant pain, not just cramping.

Audience

Yep.

Aajonus

That's what you talked about.

Audience

Yeah, constant pain.

Aajonus

Bone marrow.

Audience

How much?

Aajonus

And let's say about two ounces of bone marrow.

Audience

Throughout the day?

Aajonus

No.

Audience

Or all at once?

Aajonus

You're always trying to second guess what I'm going to say.

Audience

Sorry.

Aajonus

Stop and listen.

Audience

Sorry.

Aajonus

So two ounces of bone marrow with about two ounces of butter. And about a teaspoon of pineapple juice. You squeeze, take a chunk of pineapple and squeeze until you have a tablespoon of juice in that.

Audience

Tablespoon?

Aajonus

Tablespoon of pineapple juice. And if it's real bad, you can also take, while you're eating that, take a slice of meat and put it over that joint. Very thin. And then cover that with a moist gauze and cover that with a piece of plastic and then put an ACE bandage around it and you put a hot water bottle or two next to that joint at night.

Audience

Okay, connective tissue?

Aajonus

That's hot baths and whey. Also any of the sport drinks.

Audience

So how does the sport drink work to its benefit? What is it about the sport drink that makes it work?

Aajonus

It depends on what you use in it.

Audience

Okay.

Aajonus

I would spend probably 45 minutes explaining that.

Audience

Sport drink? So the one you gave us last time, is that the standard?

Aajonus

No, I'm saying it depends on what you use in it and the different combinations.

Audience

Yeah, see, because the combinations, there's the standard, which is just the tomato, cucumber and, you know, all the other stuff. That's the standard. Then the other one is watermelon and cucumber.

Aajonus

And tomato, that's what I mean. You can use any, so you can have like eight combinations or more.

Audience

So is the sport drink for dryness or?

Aajonus

It's for a lot of things.

Audience

Give us a few things about the sport drink.

Aajonus

Well, it helps rehydrate the body. You can absorb 100% of the H2O in all different types of tissue. You have tomato and the cucumber together. If you have watermelon, it's going to have a tendency to cleanse and hydrate the intestines more and the mucous membrane and the connective tissue. If you have whey and cucumber, it's likely to be mostly joints and connective tissue. And it will clear lactic acid from the muscles.

Audience

It does what from the muscles?

Aajonus

Lactic acid.

Audience

Lactic acid.

Aajonus

The byproduct of metabolism. Waste product of metabolism.

Audience

And what was the formula for the lactic acid? The whey and the?

Aajonus

Whey and cucumber. Whey and tomato would be joints also. Also nerves.

Audience

With all the other stuff too, or just those two? With all of them.

Aajonus

No, with those two.

Audience

These are the different ones.

Aajonus

Let's say you add two cups of tomato and one cup of whey, or one half cup of tomato and one half cup of whey.

Audience

So the more you add, if you eat in general, does it get all the effects or does it change properly?

Aajonus

It does, but it's just one will be more, work more in a particular area.

Audience

What is special about the whey? There must be something special about it, because it's in all of these sports drinks.

Aajonus

Well, it has a tendency to turn vinegar. It will be more cleansing. It can help dissolve mineral build-ups. It can help dissolve lactic acid build-ups, crystallizations.

Audience

If you don't want it in there, it's okay.

Aajonus

Pardon?

Audience

If you don't want it in there.

Aajonus

Don't use it.

Audience

It's okay.

Aajonus

Yeah. Like I said, you can use four different things. You don't have to have whey at all. You can have watermelon, tomato, and cucumber. You could have cucumber and tomato. You could have watermelon and tomato. You could have watermelon and cucumber.

Audience

I put my cravings a lot, so it's like sometimes if there's food repulsive to you, that's possibly not really the appropriate... [unintelligible]

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

So is that a normal instinct to pick the right thing, or...

Aajonus

Well, maybe something that you know is going to detox you too fast.

Audience

Yeah, because, so, ugh, does the smell of it or taste of it make you feel sick?

Aajonus

Then you need to put something in it that counteracts that. That's usually what the vinegar does. Vinegar will counteract any of that problem.

Audience

What does that mean? Vinegar counteracts the detoxing?

Aajonus

No, it helps take care of the detoxing so it doesn't, it isn't extreme. It will help neutralize those poisons to the point where they don't make you so ill.

Audience

Oh, so all the...

Aajonus

Nausea is almost always the process of something going into the stomach, whether you're eating it or whether it's coming from the body, dumping into the stomach. The body forms hydrochloric acid to neutralize those poisons. If those are not neutralized, you have to vomit them. If you have something in there to help neutralize that besides hydrochloric acid, vinegar helps.

Audience

So whatever combination you have in the sports drink, when you add a little bit of apple cider vinegar to it, it just assists the...

Aajonus

That's why I always have vinegar in there. Depending upon the person, sometimes I'll recommend people have two tablespoons. But most always it's just one tablespoon of vinegar. And that disperse through the whole quart, even and enough to take care of it. However, most of the time I say if you have cheese, I mean you have nausea, you eat cheese to absorb the poisons, don't worry about neutralizing, absorb them. So you'll be sure they don't get recycled.

Audience

So if you can have the cheese, then you don't need the vinegar?

Aajonus

Right.

Audience

If you have the cheese and you still put the vinegar in it, then what?

Aajonus

Probably get nausea just from that.

Audience

What's the difference between eating tomatoes and cucumbers by themselves? Is there a large difference?

Aajonus

Oh, it's a huge difference.

Audience

[unintelligible] So when you get to that point where you know what you want, does that mean you know what you're doing to some extent with your body?

Aajonus

Well, if you get the results you want, yes. If you're not getting the results you want, then no.

Audience

Well, I don't always know what I'm doing. I just know the body wants it and it feels good after I eat it.

Aajonus

That's why I say you've got to read the book, you know, many times to remember.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

Well, I talk about all those things in the book.

Audience

Yeah, you do. It's like it's telling you what those foods are, but sometimes you just go, yeah, I want to figure it out, I just want to eat this, you know. And then you eat it. So it could be doing 20 different things to your body. So what does eating the cucumbers and eating the tomatoes as compared to blending them?

Aajonus

Well, when you blend them together, you've got a formula that will disperse evenly all over and do the same thing.

Audience

Is that better?

Aajonus

When you're eating them, yes, it is. When you're eating them separately, you're going to have isolated things getting certain areas to you.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

That's fine, but I'm saying you're still not going to get the effect of the cucumber and tomato unless they're blended together.

Audience

I guess I was asking, is there a reason you want to chew?

Aajonus

Well, you might have, you know, a lot of, let's say, dental anesthesia in here. Sometimes the body needs to get it out of the salivary glands by chewing.

Audience

Is there another reason you want to chew? Aggression or energy or enzymes?

Aajonus

Well, you get a lot of bacteria. The more you chew, the more bacteria you're going to get into your food. You're also going to get more toxins that are discharging from the brain out the salivary glands.

Audience

How do you get more bacteria when you chew?

Aajonus

We have more bacteria in our bowels than dogs and cats.

Audience

How do you get bacteria by chewing?

Aajonus

Your bacteria is in your salivary glands.

Audience

And so when you're chewing, you're getting rid of toxins from your brain when you're chewing?

Aajonus

Yeah, sometimes.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

You're doing that, you better eat, you know, some good fats while you're chewing that much. But what I tell people to do if they have that kind of impulse is to do some oil pulling. Take some coconut oil and swish it around in your mouth and chew. Keep it in there and spit it out after about 10-15 minutes. And then go ahead and chew all you want.

Audience

Oh, you put coconut oil and you're chewing it?

Aajonus

Keep it in your mouth, keep working until you pull all the stuff out. Takes about 10-15 minutes.

Audience

You're chewing?

Aajonus

All that's loose. Then if you go 12 hours, your gums may have filled up again.

Audience

So if you put coconut oil in... What does that oil pulling do? It pulls what out?

Aajonus

The chemicals out of your gums and salivary glands.

Audience

Oh, OK. I got it. So you've got the coconut oil and you're kind of just swishing it around or you're kind of like also doing the chewing motion?

Aajonus

All of it.

Audience

Forcing it through your teeth.

Aajonus

10 minutes. 10-15 minutes.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

Part of that, yeah, by pulling. Oil pulling.

Audience

So when you do the nut formula and you get brain detox, what is that? [unintelligible] The nut formula is kind of...

Aajonus

I said if you have it too often...

Audience

Oh, then it detoxes.

Aajonus

Yeah. It can cause a brain detox. Otherwise, the nut formula just grabs excess hormones and some poisons.

Audience

So is it a good thing to detox the brain with the nut formula?

Aajonus

I don't think so.

Audience

What is a good brain detox? I feel like I need one.

Aajonus

Putting hot water bottles in your head. Cilantro.

Audience

So when you put your head in a different direction and you have the hot, does it cool it differently? [unintelligible]

Aajonus

It starts melting. It doesn't matter. I mean, it will get down to your glands here, where the glands are supposed to take care of it, the lymph glands.

Audience

Oh, okay. If I get headaches, I know that if I put my head down a certain way, it feels like [unintelligible].

Aajonus

Well, it drains down to your neck better, where all the lymph glands are. And you have your head back like this, it's easy to sit back here.

Audience

Let's say I put a hot water bottle like this, and the only position [unintelligible]. What does that mean when you put your head down?

Aajonus

That means it's coming out of your gums and salivary glands. It's draining.

Audience

It's draining down. So it can't drain through the skull very well, right?

Aajonus

It can't drain through the skull. It has to go down the neck into the glands, lymphatic glands in the neck.

Audience

[unintelligible]

Aajonus

No, you don't do it that long. Then you just spill more blood up into the brain, because your brain's not used to it.

Audience

So it's a beneficial thing to keep trying to pump up blood up and up.

Aajonus

Well, if you've got any kind of, you know, shrunken passages, like the ganglia or axiom, then going upside down will stretch them, you know, so that they can flow better.

Audience

So I don't know quite sure if I've finished the question. Dryness in the legs, is that what can also cause pain?

Aajonus

Yeah, if you have no fat.

Audience

I've got plenty of fat on the legs now.

Aajonus

No, you still do not have enough in the tissues.

Audience

Oh, in the tissues.

Aajonus

Yeah, actually inside the veins or arteries.

Audience

So if there's old stuff that needs to come out and new stuff can't go in there.

Aajonus

The moisturizing formula is important. Best thing for that.

Audience

The legs, or for just dryness.

Aajonus

For dryness, yeah.

Audience

Just for dryness. So...

Aajonus

What time is it?

Audience

Five.

Aajonus

Five?

Audience

Four forty-six.

Aajonus

Oh, okay.

Audience

Are you done? I have a question.

Aajonus

Go ahead.

Audience

I have cold hands and feet all the time.

Aajonus

Severe mineral deficiency.

Audience

Minerals?

Aajonus

For about three or four days, eat about a pound of cheese a day with about a half a cup of honey.

Audience

Half a cup of honey and cheese?

Aajonus

Half a cup of honey with a pound of cheese. Excuse me, a half a pound of cheese. Eight ounces by weight of cheese. So a block like this of cheese with a half a cup of honey. You mash them together. You do that three or four days in a row.

Audience

Just once a day?

Aajonus

Once a day.

Audience

I eat all my meals like that.

Aajonus

Well, no, you can have it throughout the day. Not have it all at one time.

Audience

Oh, not all at one time?

Aajonus

You don't have to have it all at one time.

Audience

You're going to have eight ounces throughout the day with a half a cup of cheese and extra minerals.

Aajonus

Half a cup of honey.

Audience

Honey, sorry. Mineral deficiency. I have cold feet too, especially in bed at night. I wear socks, I'm okay. So I need to do the same thing too?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

And that solved the problem for a long time?

Aajonus

It may solve it for three or four weeks.

Audience

To do that formula three to four days in a row?

Aajonus

Three or four days.

Audience

Is that honey? Yeah, I was going to ask about this honey.

Aajonus

If that happens to me, I only have to eat it one day. But I used to have two, three, four days. Usually three days. Then it went down to two days. Now it's one day.

Audience

What happens if the cheese is salted?

Aajonus

If it's salted, it won't work.

Audience

It won't work, so it won't work anyway. I'm not getting any cheese. Now remember, you're going to get this co-op. Go to the co-op in Toronto. Or get it straight from Pennsylvania. You have no idea how it's important to get you the right one.

Aajonus

The clover honey crystallizes into white.

Audience

Is that okay?

Aajonus

Yeah. I've got a half a gallon of it.

Audience

I like it because it's thicker. You know how it's hard to eat the other honey? You can just eat this like a chocolate or something. So I'm really digging it because I don't like to eat that lemon honey. Well, Joseph just found out that the Pacific honey has been sugar-fed. For how long?

Aajonus

Syrup. No, just the season. So there's a new batch coming out.

Audience

Well, good, because I got this, so I'm safe now.

Aajonus

When I heard he was going to use syrup, I bought four gallons of honey.

Audience

What syrup?

Aajonus

Because the next year I'm not going to be able to buy any.

Audience

What's the syrup that he was giving them?

Aajonus

Corn syrup.

Audience

Corn syrup.

Aajonus

Corn syrup. That's what they give those bees when they don't have their honey.

Audience

And how long does that stay in the hive?

Aajonus

Five generations of bees. So for that whole year, it's going to be contaminated.

Audience

The whole year. So if you eat that honey that's come from the syrup bees, how does it affect you?

Aajonus

Different ways. Depends upon the individual.

Audience

Like what kind of things?

Aajonus

Well, it can make the pancreas and the cells weak in general because it spreads the toxicity.

Audience

That's what I've been feeling. I've been feeling something with the honey for a long time. And I could feel it in the pancreas area. What's that been doing?

Aajonus

Well, if you feel it, there's no syrup fed to those bees. See, this is only the second time he's ever done it.

Audience

Yeah. This is Proto, John Proto?

Aajonus

Yeah, John Proto.

Audience

This is the Pacific honey.

Aajonus

Pacific, yeah.

Audience

Normally a good honey?

Aajonus

Wonderful honey.

Audience

Is that why you bought a whole bunch before this other stuff?

Aajonus

Well, the new batch comes out. I'm not buying any of the new batch.

Audience

The new batch is going to be sugar?

Aajonus

Yeah, syrup, corn syrup.

Audience

So what's it doing to my pancreas?

Aajonus

You haven't had any of the bad stuff.

Audience

Yes, I have. I've been having it the last few months.

Aajonus

I told you it's going to be the next batch that comes this spring.

Audience

He's going to be feeding them the next batch?

Aajonus

He's fed them all the way starting in December, November.

Audience

He's been feeding them?

Aajonus

But the honey we have now is all from last year.

Audience

Oh, I see.

Aajonus

So it doesn't have anything to do with your sensation.

Audience

Well, how does that become sage honey if he's doing that?

Aajonus

No, they feed the bees that because they have no honey to eat.

Audience

But are they still coming off the sage? Are they still feeding off the sage?

Aajonus

There's going to be very little sage this year because there's been no rain.

Audience

Okay, so he's not going to have sage honey?

Aajonus

Not going to have much sage.

Audience

So what's this stuff going to be? I mean, the sugar stuff, what is it? It's a wildflower, what are they going to call it?

Aajonus

Whatever else he has. Whatever kind of honey he has.

Audience

Where's this clover honey coming from?

Aajonus

I don't think that's from here. I think that's from Oregon or something.

Audience

Can I ask a question? When's the honey going to be effective? When did he start feeding them?

Aajonus

He started feeding them in like mid-November.

Audience

Mid-November and then till when?

Aajonus

He'll feed them up until, well, the flowers are starting to come out now. So the bees will stop eating the syrup and eating the nectar.

Audience

Oh, okay, and then it'll affect the hive.

Aajonus

But that'll still, all the bees that were, you know, the bees lived, what, 60 days. Okay, so the bees will die off, that generation will affect their, it'll take five generations from now, so that means next year.

Audience

Okay, next December, that's 2013.

Aajonus

No, 2012, December 2012, the bees will be okay again. If he doesn't feed them any syrup, then by spring, all that honey he starts collecting in the spring will be okay.

Audience

Okay, so what's the next best honey?

Aajonus

There isn't any, so that's why I got four gallons.

Audience

All our food's going down the drain. [unintelligible]

Aajonus

I don't know who said that.

Audience

It's from the Marilyn's list on the internet.

Aajonus

I don't know. I have to check on it.

Audience

So Marilyn's getting it from the Pacific guys. This is the Pacific. No, but the jars that she gets now from Pacific.

Aajonus

Except for that one.

Audience

So the honey that's coming from November of last year is coming from syrup bees.

Aajonus

There's no honey in November.

Audience

Okay, so the honey's going to be safe until this November?

Aajonus

No. All the honey that was brought in until September when the flowers stopped blossoming, late September, all the honey collected from last year is okay.

Audience

But they've run out now. There's no more.

Aajonus

Okay, that's why I bought four gallons in November. I had Marilyn buy them for me.

Audience

So the honey you got yesterday was okay? It's okay. So the honey you ordered next? If you order sage, you're not going to get sage because they don't have any more. Oh, they don't have any more? You got the last one?

Aajonus

No, I got two gallons of sage.

Audience

I ordered sage and I got wildflower this last time.

Aajonus

There's no more sage than last year.

Audience

So is the wildflower syrup free? The wildflower's probably okay too, isn't it?

Aajonus

Well, up until this new batch, they'll start collecting it in late May. Anything you get now will be okay. Anything after May is not going to be good.

Audience

Okay, then I can give it a try. Our food's getting tougher and tougher, isn't it?

Aajonus

Oh, terrible. That's why I'm getting my own farms together. That's why I wanted them to get that farm up there [unintelligible].

Audience

I was willing to put in $100,000 to it. How much did they need? What happened with that farm?

Aajonus

No, they were $100,000 away or something like that, that's all. But Lucky decided he didn't want to put his $50,000 up anymore. And that took it out of escrow. But then Marilyn, she would come in with somebody else with the $50,000 to hold it.

Audience

I lost my interest in that.

Aajonus

It was gone the next day.

Audience

Oh, it was gone?

Aajonus

The next day, the ranch was gone. It was a steal. Six springs, a well already on it.

Audience

And in a good location too.

Aajonus

In a good location.

Audience

It's not too far inland.

Aajonus

Right. It was surrounded by National Forest.

Audience

North of LA?

Aajonus

Yeah, not very far either. It's Frazier National Forest. Perfect place.

Audience

So it's because Lucky didn't have the money? [unintelligible] How about Yosemite? I just don't have the time. I have to hire people.

Aajonus

No, you have to hire people. I've got people at my ranches taking care of everything. Of course, the labor's incredible there.

Audience

See, that's the problem here.

Aajonus

I spend $150 a month to get these guys to work eight hours a day, six days a week.

Audience

How much?

Aajonus

$150 a month.

Audience

Where's this?

Aajonus

$150 a month.

Audience

In Thailand?

Aajonus

No, in the Philippines. In Thailand, I spend, let's see, Thailand, I'm spending about... $500 a month.

Audience

I spend $400 a day to get this guy to work for me. See, that's what you need is someone like... Joseph, you're investing in the wrong country. You need someone that's out there all the time.

Aajonus

I do have people that are...

Audience

Who? They're all Thai, right?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

Do they give instructions to them?

Aajonus

I give the instructions.

Audience

Are you eliminating all Americans from your farm?

Aajonus

Pardon?

Audience

Are you allowing any Americans on your farm?

Aajonus

Well, not right now, because I want the government to be happy.

Audience

Is that what you're doing?

Aajonus

Oh, yeah. Yeah.

Audience

It would take a while. They would be upset if they had a white person in there?

Aajonus

Oh, if we had other white people in there.

Audience

Thai, you know anything about Thai people? They're right to your face. They have a lifetime of being abused by the American people.

Aajonus

Oh, absolutely. All countries have.

Audience

In all countries. I mean, do you have any idea how they've abused their women? Women can't go anywhere. Yeah. Well, they abuse their own kind. Yeah, but...

Aajonus

Those women, let me tell you, those women are very happy to be prostitutes.

Audience

Yes, they are.

Aajonus

They are so happy. I mean, 4,000 baht is what the average income a month. 4,000 baht is only $130.

Audience

Aajonus, what is it about Thai women? They are so simple. What is it about? They really have this uniqueness of wanting to just satisfy the male tourists. They're so happy. Generally speaking.

Aajonus

The girls of the new age are not that way.

Audience

They're not that way.

Aajonus

They're just like Americans, just as bad as...

Audience

So what happened to those whites?

Aajonus

Everything is, you know... Money. High maintenance.

Audience

Yeah.

Aajonus

High maintenance, everything.

Audience

If you have a brain, it's hard to sell yourself all the time.

Aajonus

Yeah, but they don't consider that. They say working in a factory 12 hours a day, hot and sweaty... Instead of going and laying down with some guy for 10 minutes. And most guys are finished in 10 minutes.

Audience

Yeah.

Aajonus

You know, so... And they're making, you know, 100 bucks for that. Or 50 bucks.

Audience

It's a good thing I got this all recorded. It's a good thing. [laughter] What's that? I said it's a good thing I got this all recorded. But the thing is, you know, the thing is, though, the soul of that person still is not happy in what they're doing. You cannot be.

Aajonus

Don't believe that. They're so happy. Are you kidding?

Audience

Yeah. No.

Aajonus

They're not slaving.

Audience

That's true. But at the same time, when you look at the other, the next step, it's just, it's the same thing. It's self-abuse.

Aajonus

Not if they don't do what they don't want to do.

Audience

That's true.

Aajonus

I mean, just think, if they're slaving in a...

Audience

No, that's true. But at what point do they go, like, people stop going to them at 40? I mean, when you're a prostitute or what?

Aajonus

No, they just take lower money and do it very late. But most of them save their money and get a house built by the time they're 30.

Audience

Get out of it, yeah.

Aajonus

And then they're out of it by the time they're 32.

Audience

And then they hook a white guy and come over there and build a house. I've seen that. Or come over here and take his house and go back. [laughter] I've seen that a few times, too. They do. [unintelligible] I'm like, I love you, I love you. And he's like, ooh, you old, you stink guy, you're dead.

I mean, it's kind of sad, you know, that they don't have any... But what do we got? Do we have, like, the government down our butts? Well, over the years, they've certainly learned to be businesslike with their, you know, their lifestyle and exchange because they know they've only got so much time left, you know, to accumulate the money for financial stability. The question I have is, are Thai girls really better at sex than white American women?

Aajonus

I've had good on both sides and I've had bad on both sides. It's the woman. It's the woman.

Audience

It's not just the culture.

Aajonus

I would say the only difference that I really notice is that Asian women are much smaller, have much smaller vaginas. So if you've got a smaller penis, it's better. If you've got a large penis, it's not so good. And I've made a few bleed, you know, so it's not good sometimes.

Audience

Is that just culturally their size, do you mean?

Aajonus

Yeah, their size. They just have smaller vaginas.

Audience

Well, aren't they smaller to start with?

Aajonus

Smaller to start with.

Audience

I mean, the women, aren't they smaller? They're not tall? Well, the women and the men are small.

Aajonus

The men, if you're looking at a lot of tall Chinese, a lot of tall Koreans, a lot of small Thais. Of course, the tallest woman in the world is Thai.

Audience

Really?

Aajonus

She's 6'9".

Audience

Wow.

Aajonus

Big woman.

Audience

The Thai population is mixing up a lot now. I remember in the 70s when I was traveling, the Thai women were just really beautiful. But now the mixture of the Thai and the...

Aajonus

It's not the mixture. There's a toxicity. It's the food that they're giving out.

Audience

No, but there's mixture in their races, right?

Aajonus

No, it's even changing. I know purebreds that don't look like Thais anymore.

Audience

Because I was shocked when I saw them in the...

Aajonus

The toxicity of food just reshapes them.

Audience

I remember their skin was really bad. So it's just the food, like Western foods coming out.

Aajonus

Oh, yeah. All the [unintelligible] that we get are being produced and given to them over there.

Audience

Here's an important question, Aajonus. Is that when you get onto this diet, essentially what you normally are, according to what you're saying, height and stuff, you have to be so much. Like if you're 5'4", you have to be 135 pounds. Then you have to put on about 10 to 15 pounds more, right? So if you do that, and when you're eating the food that you recommend to assist, you put on the extra 10, 15 pounds. Then when you're detoxing, whether it's with the cilantro juices or whatever formulas you give, you're supposed to, in that day, eat the butter, the cheese, the cream, the coconut cream. So the question is, when you're trying to get rid of your toxicity, you've got the extra 10, 15 pounds, and you're also eating, in the day, the extra fats to bind with the toxins that you're dealing with daily. Is that the formula?

Aajonus

Yeah.

Audience

You get that meat there.

Aajonus

You know, 10, 15 pounds I would say is minimum. I like people to go 20, 25 pounds. If they're over 5'4", they should be going 20 pounds overweight, 25 pounds overweight. I go from my bottom is about 160, probably 63 or 64 now, but I go all the way up to 192.

Audience

Okay.

Aajonus

So I go 30 pounds.

Audience

What's your height?

Aajonus

5'7", 3 quarters. I've been 5'7", 3 quarters since I was 16 and a half years old.

Audience

I like how you put that 3 quarters.

Aajonus

All my family is shrunken and shrunken and shrunken. I've stayed right at 5'7" and 3 quarters.

Audience

Okay, so the question is...

Aajonus

No, the last time, I'm sorry, I had it done in October, right the week before I left, and I was actually a sixteenth of an inch taller. So I'm just slightly above the 5'7", 3 quarters.

Audience

How did you get the extra height?

Aajonus

I think that I just started growing.

Audience

Okay, so the thing is, if you do put on the extra 15, 20 pounds or not, if you don't put that on, but you're eating the fats during the day, what happens if you do detox and you don't have that...

Aajonus

You'll have a reserve, you're going to have a lot more symptoms, you're going to suffer more, and you're not going to get very well. You're not going to detoxify properly, and you're going to damage tissue in your body.

Audience

So that extra cushion of fat absorbs the toxicity?

Aajonus

Correct.

Audience

Okay. So is that why back then when I was detoxing and I didn't have the extra fat on, that it went into the bone marrow?

Aajonus

But it probably went into other cells, not just the bone marrow.

Audience

What other cells?

Aajonus

Any cell in your body where the poison was.

Audience

The toxicity went into the cells? Are you talking about like the liver maybe?

Aajonus

Depends on where it was coming out, what was the local cells.

Audience

What local cells?

Aajonus

If it came out of the liver, it may go right back into the liver. Other cells that had fat. But it would be looking for the fat inside the cell, so it would go into the cell and destroy the fat inside the cell. So then the cell is weaker or even dies or is maimed in some way, so that cell won't function as well. That's why it's very important to have excess fat.

Audience

So if in the bone marrow of the body that's where the red and white blood cells are made and get their energy?

Aajonus

They divide in the bone marrow, they mature in the bone marrow, and then once they mature they enter the bloodstream.

Audience

So if they enter the bloodstream immature and not with enough oxygen, then you're going to be...

Aajonus

Red blood cells take oxygen from the lungs and take them to the cells. But when a cell is bred in a toxic bone marrow, it's going to be affected. It's not going to be as strong. Let's say if it's a red blood cell, it won't be able to carry as much oxygen, it won't be able to move as agilely, it will have a lot more toxic byproducts that it excretes. Then the white blood cells are supposed to eat all of that. If they're toxic they're going to get nauseous and they can't eat as much, so they won't be able to keep the blood as clean.

Audience

When you go on the down diet, does your body not hurt from toxicity or the weight will pull enough of it out? When you go down you're not going to have the same symptoms?

Aajonus

Depends on how far down you go. I've seen people go beyond where they're supposed to go.

Audience

On the weight loss?

Aajonus

Let's say they've been 15 pounds overweight and they go below the 15 pounds, they're going to have some problems.

Audience

Now when you say overweight, like you said 5'4", 135, that's a pretty good primal diet, right? [unintelligible]

Aajonus

The chart you find out there is really low.

Audience

What would it say? 5'4", should be 120 or something like that?

Aajonus

Something like that, 123, 124.

Audience

But then you had this test for body fat, and you were telling us that you had less body fat than the [unintelligible] fat.

Aajonus

No, less weight.

Audience

Less weight? In the body fat?

Aajonus

In the body fat.

Audience

You were saying you had your body fat tested?

Aajonus

I had low body fat.

Audience

Yeah, and you had low body fat.

Aajonus

Lower body fat.

Audience

And when you gained the weight [unintelligible] or was that just because you were thin at the time?

Aajonus

Because I was thin at the time.

Audience

So how much body fat would you say you're carrying?

Aajonus

When I'm on the down?

Audience

No, when you're up, when you're at your large 195.

Aajonus

Oh, I'm up around 20, 21% fat.

Audience

And then your lowest you would go to?

Aajonus

Down to about 14, 15.

Audience

Yeah, so that's the limit you think people should be at, or do you not care about that?

Aajonus

Oh, I care how low they go.

Audience

So what's the bottom?

Aajonus

I would say for the average person, it shouldn't go below 20.

Audience

And you were 14 before you were healthy.

Aajonus

No, I'm better now, but when I was really sick, I always kept it between 25, 26, and 30.

Audience

And so now you're 20?

Aajonus

Yeah, now I'm around 20, 21.

Audience

So that's what it tells you the overall body fat?

Aajonus

There are those scales.

Audience

Yeah, you've got the fat scales.

Aajonus

You put your height in, and your height, that's all. You put your height in, and then when you get on it, it tells you within a percent.

Audience

Your percent of your body fat? Yeah. There's scales. I've seen it. Barbara Morgan had one. Cynthia had one.

Aajonus

I had one.

Audience

So is that one way to help decide where you should be? Where do you get those? Where do you get those scales?

Aajonus

Almost anywhere.

Audience

So stay at 20, not go to 15. When you first treated me, would you say I was 15 to 20?

Aajonus

Yeah, you were probably, a lot of people, you see, I can be slim and have a lot of body fat because my molecules are small.

Audience

Right.

Aajonus

Okay? Condensed and small. When you cook a fat, it swells anywhere from 5 to 50 times its normal size. Like you take those pork rinds, they'll be really small, and then after you fry them, they're like this.

Audience

So if you're thin and you're [unintelligible] fat, that means you're really deficient.

Aajonus

That's right. And a lot of these athletes go around with 7% body fat, like your marathon runner, 7% body fat. That's why they break down in their 30s.

Audience

They have the heart attack.

Aajonus

And they have no cholesterol and all that shit.

Audience

I know that.

Aajonus

That's what I mean. The doctors are so full of crap.

Audience

What does cholesterol do to the body again?

Aajonus

Cholesterol is fat. It cleans it, protects it, does everything.

Audience

The cholesterol protects the body.

Aajonus

It protects the body, it cleans it, it gives it energy. Without cholesterol, we wouldn't be alive.

Audience

So don't go below 20% body fat.

Aajonus

Well, for women, I say don't go below 23%, 24%.

Audience

Okay, the doctor would tell you at 15%. What about a man?

Aajonus

They say men, anywhere from 10% to 12%. I keep mine at least 20%, 21%. A couple of times I've gone down to 18% when I've come back from Asia without having enough butter and stuff. Now I make sure I have enough butter with me.

Audience

You take it with you?

Aajonus

I take it with me. 30, 50 pounds with me.

Audience

Really? You put it in the customs?

Aajonus

I take it through with me. I have a letter from my doctor.

Audience

Really? That you need to bring butter?

Aajonus

I made him a big letter. I tell him I've got to go to, you know, he's going to Asia. He's been diagnosed with cancer of the blood, bone, stomach and lymph. You know, he was diagnosed as diabetic. This was 40 and 50 years ago, see, but it doesn't say that, that he was diagnosed with it.

Audience

Oh, you've got the same letter.

Aajonus

No, no, what I'm saying is it just says that he was diagnosed with it, but it doesn't say when.

Audience

Well, if they look at you, they shouldn't believe it.

Aajonus

Oh, no, they didn't, because I will go through limping and crippled.

Audience

Oh, I see.

Aajonus

I go through like this when I go through. You know, I go like this. [laughter] I go through like that.

Audience

And it works?

Aajonus

They do.

Audience

Won't they tell you what's wrong with Thai butter? Can you buy butter there in Thailand?

Aajonus

Yeah, but it's not as good.

Audience

[unintelligible] New Zealand?

Aajonus

No, because they don't know. They don't know that you can get raw butter there.

Audience

What do they know about raw butter? They just see butter, right?

Aajonus

No, it says on the letter, raw butter.

Audience

What kind of cancer do you have? Well, won't they tell you, you can't get raw butter here?

Aajonus

No, they don't know, because it says on the letter, it's very difficult to find and get. And they don't provide it on the airplanes, so I can take, you know, I can take it. I take two quarts of milk on with me. I take two quarts. When I go to Asia, it says in my doctor's letter, I take up to 50 pounds of butter. I take up to two quarts, three quarts of milk sometimes, and then I have my honey, I take my meat.

Audience

So the liquid of milk, you can take that on a plane?

Aajonus

Not unless you have a doctor's letter.

Audience

No, if you have a doctor's letter, they will allow you. And you walk that way. I've got to remember to walk. On Americans, the airplanes, they don't stop you with these stuff.

Aajonus

Not with my letter.

Audience

You can't bring all the milk and stuff. What about the guy sitting next to you, you just drink that in the space and...

Aajonus

I don't give a shit.

Audience

They don't freak out.

Aajonus

I've taken a high meat and eaten it right on the airplane.

Audience

Oh, my God.

Aajonus

Stinky stuff. And there was a biologist who was writing a food contamination paper.

Audience

Oh, that's perfect.

Aajonus

And I was eating it right in front of...

Audience

Oh, perfect.

Aajonus

The poor woman was... She was like this.

Audience

She was...

Aajonus

She was like this. Get rid of the bacteria. She's way over here like this, trying to read and write. Smelling that stuff. [laughter]

Audience

Oh, God. So, I wrote my own letters. I don't think... Well, I wrote like I was a different doctor. I just said I had cancer.

Aajonus

That's fine.

Audience

But they did this test.

Aajonus

Once in a while, they'll call my doctor.

Audience

Well, I had a number that would go to a [unintelligible]. So, they couldn't. They'd have to leave a message.
